Shri Rakesh Kashiwala whose motto is ‘a soldier is always at work’. He has been rendering his valuable services to the institution since 28 years.

He has been instrumental in the designing of the Jyoti Dham Campus as well as modernising it. He has been constantly involved in the upgradation of the schools. He makes it a point to visit the institution at least every other day.He has been president of Vadodara Jilla Sala Sanchalak Mandal.

He is a versatile personality, great orator and an indepth writer. He writes periodicals called "Sparsh" which has a vast circulation and following. He also uses this to enlighten the school children on a weekly basis which is an excellent medium for character building, learning morals and developing all round growth. He has been instrumental in organising events in the school with unmatched enthusiasm.
