To ensure sustained growth, strengthen the economical condition and bring transparency in the running of the school, ‘Yuvak Mandal’ established a trust under the name of “Shri Waghodia Yuvak Mandal Education Trust” – Waghodia in 1953 according to Bombay Public Act. The chief motive of the Trust was holistic growth and development of every child enrolled in with the institution.

To fulfill the basic motives the trust has established following educational institutions and managing them according to rules and regulations set by earlier trustees. The chief motive of the Trust was to develop every student from heart to head a student must have the knowledge of his responsibility to bring up his moral and national character high and to develop his sense in educational activity whole heartedly keeping all motives in mind the trust has to follow its educational activities.
